Who We Are

Family is at the center of everything for the Trujillo family at TruCo HVAC, a company rooted in Sedalia, CO, and licensed in Douglas County. Leading the way is Nicholas Trujillo, a seventh-generation Colorado native, boasting of more than two decades of experience in the field. His journey includes 16 years at Black Hills Energy, concentrating on the natural gas industry, as well as residential HVAC and appliance repairs across various brands. His professional achievements include an EPA certification, a mechanical 4 license, mechanical contractor’s license for Douglas County and Castle Rock, a mechanical pipe fitters license, and numerous certificates for specific appliance brands.

Based in Plum Creek, TruCo HVAC extends our services throughout Douglas County. Beyond our professional lives, our world revolves around our family. Nicholas, with a passion for restoring classic cars and trucks, finds his wife and their four children to be his everything. The family often spends time together cheering on the kids from the sidelines of soccer fields or enjoying the great Colorado outdoors. Activities like camping, fishing, hunting, or hiking in the mountains rejuvenate us and drive us to bring their best to the family business every day.
